Low Tatras — Slovakia's largest national park

Stretching for around 100 km between the Váh and Hron valleys, the Low Tatras are Slovakia’s largest national park. The mountains offer open ridge walks above the treeline, the spectacular Demänovská cave system and extensive areas of untouched nature.

Jasná on Chopok is Slovakia’s leading ski resort and a year-round base for active groups. In summer, cable cars, bike parks and mountain trails keep the destination just as lively, while the surrounding valleys offer caves, hiking and family-friendly activities. With a wide choice of accommodation and activities in every season, the Low Tatras work well for active, incentive and family programmes.
