Suprisingly close to Nature
Bratislava is one of the most “green” capital cities of Europe. It can offer a lot for all nature lovers. Even more beautiful are Bratislava’s outskirts, where lying endless vineyards and forests of Small Carpathian Mountains. In this article we will show you an interesting incentive program combining Bratislava and its nature. The program can be exceeded and it is available all week round, including the weekends.
Day 1 - Arrival in Bratislava
Arrival at Vienna airport, which is located just 45 km from Bratislava’s city center and it is conveniently connected with Slovakian capital. Depending on the arrival time, either lunch in a stylish restaurant in Bratislava city center, either start of Bratislava Grand City Tour. A 3 hours city tour, which is combination of panorama city tour by bus and walking tour. At the end of the tour welcome “beer dinner” with beer tasting, as Slovakia and Bratislava particularly as well boast by long beer tradition. Evening transfer to Palace Art Hotel Pezinok. A nice 4* reconstructed chateau, located just 20-25 min drive by bus from the Bratislava, in Slovakian wine capital city – city of Pezinok. Overnight in Pezinok.
Day 2 - Small Carpathian Wine Route
This day will be dedicated to wine tasting and foodie experience in beautiful ambience of Small Carpathian Mountains. Buffet breakfast at the hotel, and meeting with guide and bus driver. Departure to discover the wine region of Small Carpathian Wine Route. In total Slovakia has altogether 8 wine regions. The Small Carpathian’s is the most famous one. Beginning in small wine town Sv. Jur and discovering traditional Slovakian pottery – Majolika, workshop of Majolika production. Continue to Red Stone Castle, one of the most romantic castles of Slovakia. Visit of the castle with the biggest cellars in Central Europe. After the visit traditional wine lunch with wine tasting in a wine cellar. Afternoon visit of wine towns Pezinok & Modra. Return to the hotel and free time for enjoying hotel’s wellness. Evening short transfer to Elesko Wine Factory, a modern wine factory of premium wines. Wine tasting with short excursion of wine factory. Evening gala dinner in stylish Elesko restaurant. Return transfer to hotel.
Day 3- Golf or Trekking Acitivity
Buffet breakfast at the hotel. Either a day dedicated to golf at Black River Golf Resort Bernolakovo, the biggest Slovakian golf course. Or possible to have a light trekking in the hiking paths of Small Carpathian Mountains. The trekking route would be adjusted to the clients fitness level. Farwell dinner in hotel restaurant.
Day 4 - Departure from Bratislava
Buffet breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Vienna airport. On the route to airport, possible to visit Kitsee Chocolate Factory and workshop of producing chocolate and possible to buy it as an souvenir. Farwell and flight back home.
