The tour

What this tour is

Clients moving from Budapest to Vienna are going to spend the day in a car either way. Bratislava sits almost exactly on the route, which makes the choice between four hours of motorway and the same journey with a city in the middle of it an easy one to sell.

The stop is a two-hour walking tour with a licensed guide: St Martin’s Cathedral where the Hungarian kings were crowned, the Old Town Hall and the Main Square, and the quieter corners that explain how a city this small ended up as the capital of the Hungarian Kingdom for 250 years. After the walk the clients choose an hour of free time or a two-course Slovak lunch.

Then an hour on to Vienna and a drop-off at whatever address they want. Hotel pick-up in Budapest, an air-conditioned vehicle and the guide in Bratislava are included. The same transfer runs for individual travellers under our retail brand as the Budapest to Vienna transfer with a Bratislava city tour.
